NEGOTIATION
Effective negotiation requires listening skills and empathy. We must understand our own needs and objectives but appreciate the other party’s perspectives to be able to anticipate and deal with roadblocks. This requires preparation. We conduct workshops that help improve our readiness to negotiate as well as how to be effective in the room. We create simulations that can reflect you real world requirements and the participants engage in the negotiation to test and develop their skills.

WORKSHOPS
We pride ourselves on having highly interactive workshops with participants performing and being given feedback in a safe environment. We can call on a range of experienced instructors to ensure that the coach/participant ratio is optimal for your needs.
Each workshop can be tailored to your organisation’s particular requirements both in relation to content and participant experience level. Any combination of workshop content may be created (eg negotiation with advocacy or negotiation plus drafting agreed terms).
We will meet and discuss with you at no charge your specific needs and objectives to find the best combination and content for you.
Our workshops range from one to one coaching up to multi-group programs. They can be conducted in periods from 2 hours up to multi day events.
Our workshops are best delivered face to face but we have experience delivering courses using AVL such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
